The Parent Trap: What's Race Got to Do With It?

This just in: another disaster journalism piece in Writing About Parenting Land! It's cheery title is Stressed, Tired, and Rushed: A Portrait of the Modern Family.

While most of it was your typical white upper-middle-class handwringing (I just wrote about that, here), something in particular stood out:  black and Latino couples are less likely than whites to say that the juggling act of work and family is stressful. 

Interesting. 

Think about it - is this picture below a typical poster of white TV network shows? Family as...fun?
